If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

Conditions:

•  Item must be unused and in original packaging

•  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

•  Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item

How to Return:

1.  Email support@gaupoflow.com with your order number

2.  We will provide return instructions

Exceptions:

•  Digital products (if any) are non-refundable once delivered

•  Items damaged by customer misuse

Note: Because we use third-party suppliers, returns go directly to them. We handle the refund once the item is received.
